Levers are moulded in engineering-grade POM in two lengths, 105 mm and 150 mm, with rounded tips that slide under the bead without pinching the tube. The body flexes under load rather than cracking — the failure that sends riders back to a shop. The hook-end version clips onto a spoke to hold the bead free while both hands work the lever, at 104 mm long with a 14 mm head and 7 mm thickness.
The repair kit collects what a puncture actually needs: rubber cement, a metal rasp, assorted round and oval adhesive patches, and three plastic levers in a hinged case with a hang hook for pegboard display. Lever colour, case printing and kit contents can be combined to your programme.
