Bicycle Electric Lifting System
Motorised lifting column with a quick-release clamp that sets a bicycle at the ideal working height in seconds — controlled from the handpiece or the foot pedal.
Six motorised lifting systems that raise a bike or e-scooter to working height in seconds, so mechanics stop crouching and start working at eye level.
Every model below is made in our own factory and can be adapted to your specification — colours, sizes, fittings and packaging.
The column runs on a servo motor, linear guideways and a ball screw drive, which is why the lift moves smoothly and holds position under load instead of sagging. The single-column ERS01019 sets a bike in a quick-release clamp; the dual-side version carries two clamps on opposite faces so two mechanics can work at the same unit; the rotatable type turns the frame to any working angle. Scooter and cargo variants swap the clamp for an adjustable platform cradle.
Control is deliberately hands-free where it matters: a 2-button or 4-button wired handpiece for setting up, and a dual foot pedal for hold-to-run up and down while both hands steady the bike. Power plugs are supplied in UK, EU, US or AU form, and other regional standards can be quoted. Tool trays with a magnetic bottom keep small screws from disappearing into the workshop floor.

Dual-sided electric lifting column with two clamps on opposite faces — two mechanics work the same unit at once, each with their own clamp, hand controller and foot pedal.
Rotatable-type single-column electric lifting system with a quick-release clamp and hands-free foot pedal — raises the bike smoothly along a rigid column to the ideal working height.
Scooter-type electric lifting system — a freestanding column with an adjustable platform cradle that raises an e-scooter to working height, controlled hands-free from the foot pedal.
Scooter platform-type electric lifting system — the e-scooter rests on a large aluminium platform deck raised by a rigid column, held by twin T-handle screw clamps.
Cargo-type electric lifting system — a frame cradle on an electric column raises a cargo bike to working height, holding it level for drivetrain, brakes and box maintenance.
