The frame is a folding A-frame that opens for riding and folds flat for storage behind a door. Remote-type models run a cable to a handlebar-mounted adjuster, so resistance changes mid-ride — the difference between a session that flows and one interrupted five times. Finish options include red with a black brace, and all-black.
Every trainer ships as a complete kit: quick-release skewer for the rear axle, a moulded riser block for the front wheel so the bike sits level, a PVC floor mat, and the tools to assemble it.
