The EHT-1004 adds remote control to indoor training: a cable runs from the magnetic unit to a shifter on the handlebar, so you step through resistance levels without getting off the bike. The bike clamps onto the included quick-release skewer, the front wheel rests in the riser block, and the PVC mat protects the floor.
