The shell is moulded EVA over a rigid frame, with recesses shaped for a pair of wheels so they sit in their own pockets instead of pressing on the frame. Interior tie-down straps hold the frame and bars in place when the case is stood on its end, and the corners carry rolling wheels plus grab handles on the sides — the details that decide whether a case is used or left in the loft.
Interior layout, shell fabric, zip hardware, wheel placement and the outer logo panel can be adapted for OEM programmes, including versions sized around specific frame geometry.
